Where are you based?

We are based in Houston, Texas United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently only ship to: Canada, Australia, France, United Kingdom, Portugal, New Zealand, China, Ireland, Switzerland, Ukraine, Mexico, Germany, Sweden.

We are not responsible for any customs charges incurred. However, from our experience, customers almost never incur duty from our packages but please be aware. 

Can I make changes to my order?

We're unable to change an order once it is placed. We can not add or remove products from your order. Please make sure all the details are correct when you checkout. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by emailing us within 24-hours after your order was placed to receive a full refund. Unfortunately after that we are unable to cancel your order. It will be processed and shipped your selected shipping method. Or you will be refunded via store credit/e-gift card. 

How long does it take for my item to be shipped? 

Processing/Handling: one to five business days

How do I track my package? 

After you have been notified that your order has been shipped you will receive a link to track your order with us. You can also check the status of your order on the USPS website https://m.usps.com/m/TrackConfirmAction 

Tracking updates on the USPS website can take up to 48 hours once shipped.

How long does it take to receive my package?

United States (Domestic): 2-7 business days 

International: 7-26 business days

What is a business day?

In shipping, a business day refers to an official working day - weekends and holidays are excluded. 

My item says "Delivered" but I did not receive it.

Please allow up to three business days for item to deliver. Also, check make sure address entered is correct. If you have further questions or concerns about delays in the shipping process, once the item is in the possession of the USPS, please contact USPS and inquire. (1 800-275-8777) Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process and cannot answer questions about delays, returned, lost, or miss sent packages. 

What is pre-order? 

Pre-order means that the item is not yet available for shipment in our warehouse. Items purchased on pre-order may take between one to four weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item along with other items in your order, will hold back the delivery.
