Can I receive a refund?
You can cancel your order by emailing us within 48-hours after your order was placed to receive a full refund via your selected payment method. Unfortunately after that we are unable to cancel your order. It will be processed and shipped your selected shipping method.
DAMAGED ITEMS We are not responsible for damages caused by the postal service. All items are checked before being sent out for shipment.
EXCHANGES We only replace items if they are the incorrect item. We require the item to be unopened and unused. Please email us with photos.
Due to sanitary reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges.
Any other concerns, do not hesitate to email us. We will get back to you as soon as possible. (M-TH 10AM-10PM CST) Allow 1-2 business days for an email response.
