REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Can I receive a refund?
If you would like to cancel your order you must email us within 48-hours after the order was placed to receive a full refund via your selected payment method. Unfortunately after that we are unable to cancel your order. It will be processed and shipped your selected shipping method. After the 48-hour cancellation period refunds will be issued via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
Sale items: which includes items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale. No Exceptions.
DAMAGED ITEMS We are not responsible for damages caused by the postal service. All items are checked before being sent out for shipment.
EXCHANGES Due to sanitary reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges. We only replace items if they are the incorrect item. We require the item to be unopened and unused. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your lashes to be eligible for exchange. Customer must pay return shipping. Please email us with photos.
