What is Autoship?
Autoship is the most convenient way for you to get the items you love delivered to you on a regular schedule. We automatically send your favorite items based upon your chosen frequency. The service is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. Just tell us how often you want your items, and we'll take it from there. You will receive 50% off your initial order and an email letting you know how to customize your autoship subscription. Shipping is included on orders over $50.
When you purchase any eligible product on Autoship you will save an additional percentage on our everyday low prices. You also will be able to select how often you would like your product(s) delivered. ShopEdenRose.com reserves the right to change Autoship benefits at any time in its sole discretion, including discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions.
Some of the offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, price, taxes, availability, shipping charges. If the item is unavailable when we plan to ship it, you authorize us to fulfill your order with a similar item that we believe will meet your expectations.
Autoship benefits are limited to eligible products displaying the "Autoship & Save" symbol, and then only if you select the Autoship delivery method. Subscriptions are good while supplies last. Eligible products are only available for shipping within the forty-eight (48) contiguous US states. Your participation in the Autoship program is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your Subscription or any of the benefits to any third party without our authorization.
Notifications; Automatic Order Creation
When you order an eligible product and enroll in Autoship, you will receive notice that your Autoship subscription has been created and that your first order will be processed. Your Autoship subscription will thereafter automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel. Prior to the processing of each subsequent order, you will receive a notice including your estimated ship date, last date to modify you order and estimated pricing.
What Will Happen After I Join The AutoShip Program?
After you join, you’ll receive an email confirming your enrollment. This email will include a link to access the 'auto ship' section in your account where you can manage future orders, auto ship items and auto ship account information.
We’ll place your auto ship orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you’ll only be billed on the day the order is shipped. We will send you an email reminder 5 days before each auto ship order. You’ll also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your auto ship account, such as, if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your enrollment and order confirmations.
Pricing; Payment; Renewal
The amount charged for an eligible product will be the price of that item on our site at the time your order is processed or lower. The total cost charged to your payment method for each Autoship order will be the price of the item, less the Autoship discount, plus any applicable shipping charges and sales tax. Any credit balances on your Chewy.com customer account may be applied toward the balance of your order before charging any remaining balance to your payment method.
The charge for each Autoship item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Autoship order with the payment method you used to create your subscription, you authorize us to update your subscription with another payment method in your account and to charge the payment method for your Autoship order.
Your subscription will remain in effect until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time via Autoship Manager, which can be found in Your Account.
How Do I Make Changes To My Auto Ship Account Information?
To review or modify your auto ship account information, visit the 'auto ship' section in your account. Changes can be made below each order and will become the default shipping address. Changes will affect future orders.
To change your shipping address for an order, please visit the 'auto ship' tab in the account section and click the 'change shipping' link located below the current shipping information. Select a previous shipping address from the dropdown menu or create a new one to add to your account. This address will apply to all auto ship and future orders unless otherwise noted.
Please remember to click 'update address' and verify that your updated information saved successfully. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications to be processed.
Can I Add Items To My Next Order With an Existing Auto Ship Status?
Yes, but you must be logged into your account. Visit the product detail page of the item you wish to add to your order, and find the 'autoship' check box. When you click this check box, you will have the option to add the item as one time only or as an autoship item.
What Types of Payment Are Accepted for Auto Ship?
All autoship orders require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal and gift cards, cannot be accepted at this time.
We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the ShopEdenRose.com website), without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.
Autoship items will ship automatically until you cancel autoship. By placing this order, you are authorizing us to charge your card for future orders at the frequency and quantity you selected.
